As a mother to my own babies, I know how easy it is to go a year and have hundreds of photos of everyone else... without you. Maybe there's a selfie or a group shot when you all went to the park, but rarely is there intentionally documented moments that include you. Why? Because we're the ones documenting those moments! We're behind the lens, enjoying the moment. And I think that's beautiful but I also think we owe ourselves and our children more than that. To step in front of the lens and document the different seasons of life we go through. This isn't just their childhood, it's our motherhood, too. When our kids are growing up and reach for the photo album to see mommy with them growing inside, or baby sister's first birthday, we'll be so grateful we invested in such a priceless gift.

I'm Rebecca
Although I started my business back in 2016 as a wedding photographer, I took a long break around 2018 and then launched into families and newborns in 2021 and have stuck with it ever since!
2021
- launched my business
I had to leave Zimbabwe during the pandemic, and when I returned home I met my now husband and we were married in May of 2021!
2020
- came home
After 3 years teaching middle school, I left the classroom to become a missionary in Zimbabwe
2019
- Travelled the world
I was so thrilled to begin working with kids and I really did enjoy it. I still think about going back into the classroom!

- Graduated with a degree in education
How it Started...
A mama to 2 boys herself, she totally gets the chaos that comes with chasing kiddos and is the perfect addition to the team! Also a big lover of coffee, but aren't we all?!
Loves coffee, the beach, her cats, traveling, and trying new and fun foods! We are totally kindred spirits in that way except I have to live vicariously through her in order to get my travel fixes!

I can't be two places at once so I have an incredible team of ladies that I trust wholeheartedly to give you the full RPPhoto experience whenever I'm unavailable. Sometimes you'll know ahead of time that I'll be sending an associate (like if I'm fully booked the month of your due date), or I may send them in place of me in case of an emergency. Newborn babies are so vulnerable, I would never ever want to expose them to any illnesses and I do have 3 kiddos of my own at home. So there could be a rare occasion that one of my associates takes over for me if there's an illness in our home, but you'll always be made aware of this beforehand! Meet my team below!
