St Augustine is one of the nicest smaller cities you can visit from Jacksonville! Enjoy the rooftop lounge located right in the heart of downtown. Rooftop seating on the second and third floors are first come first served, but indoor dining reservations can be made ahead of time if you’re a planner like me.

Southern style BBQ joint founded in the heart of San Marco that harkens back to the original meat markets of Texas that sold BBQ at the counter. They’ve got an entire outdoor section for kids to roam and play and even a chalk wall.
